The Secret to Happiness

The Secret to Happiness

I've been a practicing psychologist for many years so I like to think I know a thing or two about finding personal meaning and setting life goals.

You want to know the secret to a life well-lived?

Shhhhh.  I'll tell you . . .

The secret to happiness is the ability to see the good, the funny, the joyous, the blessings in this world.  It is the ability to laugh at one's self.  To appreciate the rainbow more than you complain about the rain.  That's it . . . in a nutshell.

So if you're looking for serious contemplations about the meaning of life, look elsewhere . . . this isn't the blog for you.  But if you are looking for little reminders about the numerous ways in which life is funny, entertaining, or simply ironic . . . read on.

This is the place where I plan to wax poetic make my simple observations about this funny world we live in, both ha-ha funny and strange funny.
